By using SureFlip, you agree to these terms. We've kept them as short and plain as we reasonably can.
SureFlip helps you write Facebook Marketplace listings from a photo, using AI to suggest a title, description, and price. SureFlip is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Facebook.
You need an account to use SureFlip. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
SureFlip offers a free tier with a limited number of listings per month, and a paid monthly subscription for higher usage. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in the app — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access through the period you've already paid for. Usage limits (free and paid tier) and rate limits exist to keep the service running reliably and affordably for everyone. Attempting to circumvent these limits, script automated abuse of the service, or use SureFlip for anything illegal is not allowed and may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
Listings, descriptions, and prices generated by SureFlip are suggestions only. The AI can make mistakes — always review everything before posting to Facebook Marketplace. You're responsible for what you post, and SureFlip is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content or for how you use it.
You own the listings you generate and the photos you upload. Uploaded photos are sent to Anthropic's API for processing and are not stored by SureFlip.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abuse of usage limits or illegal use of the service. You can stop using SureFlip and cancel your subscription at any time.
SureFlip is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses related to inaccurate AI-generated content or pricing suggestions.
We may update these terms occasionally as the app evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
